This is a list of our current wound care course accreditations. We make every effort to keep this list as accurate and detailed as possible as they change or become updated. Please check with your licensing or accrediting organization if you have any questions about specific accreditation in your local area for your profession.

Nursing Accreditation

These continuing nursing education activities were approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #17074.

Physical Therapy (PTs and PTAs)

The Illinois Physical Therapy Association (IPTA) designates this educational activity for 57 CE hours.

Physician Accreditation

The Physician Wound Certification Course has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 60 Elective credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians.

AMA/AAFP Equivalency:
AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award.  When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.
