You may use this course content for one “entity.” That is, you may use this course content as many times as you would like for yourself, but you may not use it for any other individual or for any of its content for training purposes. The agreement is for the registration period that begins the day your password is issued. After the course registration period is over. Your password will be inactive.
What Personal Information Do We Collect?

Online course registrations are non-refundable but are transferable to another online course. If you have viewing problems with any course content, please contact us as soon as possible. We can help resolve the issue. Transfer to another course is only available during the first 30 days of registration. If you did not receive your training kit, or if you have a problem with the kit, you will need to notify us within 30 days of payment to receive a replacement kit.

Our “Until You Pass!” course access guarantee lets you register for our online training courses with complete peace of mind. After enrolling, you’ll enjoy access to all curriculum and resources for 6 months.
If you take the wound certification examination within that period and do not pass, you may be re-enrolled in the course at no extra charge for an additional 30 days. (You will need to provide proof that you took the certification exam and did not pass and will need to show that you are signed up for another certification exam.)
